About us
RoadMat is a French company devoted to inform professionals about the available products and additives for the formulation of road materials. The database now covers more than 1,000 products! It has been presented at the 27th World Road Congress in October 2023 (see RoadMat Note 13)
RoadMat also provides consulting services for any topic related to road materials (R&D studies - examples of the works we have performed with some of our partners are described in specific R&D Notes accessible from the "Technical Information" menu -, formulation, market positioning, business plan, technical support and training, forensic analysis...). Contact us for more details (info@roadmat.com).
RoadMat is a team made around Daniel Andaluz, Sarah Jaunasse and Didier Lesueur, combining years of experience in pavements, gathered internationally in public / private laboratories, industry associations, contractors, suppliers or owners of road networks.

The RoadMat database was launched in April 2019. For the year 2024, it counted over 15,000 human page views per month*. The map shows that the main connections came from everywhere in the world, with over 50% of the traffic coming from the USA, Germany and Poland. The darker the blue color, the higher the number of visitors from this country. Visitors from Russia, China, Japan, Australia, France, India and Singapour were also numerous. RoadMat has truly become the main website for those looking for information on road materials!!!
*: Robots are heavily visiting the site, with >400,000 page views per month. Since the RoadMat database was designed for (the numerous) humans with a passion for pavements, we decided to focus rather on the visits by real human beings only, even if they only account for 1.5% of internet traffic (based on our data)...
